Beautiful oil on canvas painting signed lower left R. Chabou 1888, representing his self-portrait in the mirror. Beautiful original composition for this Toulouse painter active in the 19th century. Old minor restorations on the periphery, on its canvas and its original gilded wood frame. R. Chabou, professor of drawing at the Toulouse School of Fine Arts in 1881, who received academic awards.
