"Satyr And Putti Playing With A Goat - 17th Century Bronze Plaquette"
Bronze plaquette from the second half of the 17th century representing a Satyr and putti playing with a goat, in the style of the reliefs of François Duquesnoy.
Dimensions: 6.8 x 9.5 cm
To report: beautiful period cast of good quality (higher than that kept at Bowdoin College), nevertheless with a small original hole at the back of the head of a putto . Beautiful nuanced patina.
