Very large seaside painting in the Mediterranean, very decorative, by Charles Bousquet (1856 -1946) signed and dated 1896 lower and left. Modern golden frame set to measurements. A small repair (10cms) on a crack, at the level of the rock in the center of the canvas, in no way altering the canvas, otherwise perfect condition on the rest. Original canvas and frame. 195cms x130cms excluding frame. 215cms x150cms with frame. This very large painting is not currently on display at the gallery but can be there upon prior request.
