Superb bronze with brown patina representing an Arab rider holding a falcon in his hand. He wears traditional clothing and is armed with a long-barreled rifle called a mukhalla. Superb orientalist bronze from the end of the 19th century. Signature on the terrace “PJ Mêne”, for Pierre Jules Mêne. Famous sculptor from the end of the 19th century. Bronze in perfect condition.
