BONAS (Jordi), painter and lithographer born in Barcelona in 1937 and died in Touraine in 2017. This artist of Catalan origin, from the Barcelona School of Fine Arts, arrived in Paris in the Montmartre district in 1959. He immediately exhibited in renowned trade fairs such as the Salon des Indépendants. At the same time, he is also a restorer of paintings for the Museum of Modern Art in the city of Paris. Then came exhibitions in numerous renowned galleries in France and abroad such as the Roussard gallery in Paris, the Salga gallery in Rome, Adamo Gallery in New York... Expressionist and figurative painter with compositions sometimes tending towards abstraction, its unique style alone constitutes a signature.
