The pieno lesson, Pastels on paper by Raymond Rosso, in his post-impressionist period, very influenced by Bonnard. Framed under glass. Raymond Rosso was born in Marseille in the Estaque district. He died in 1988 in Saint-Leu-La-Forêt; his paintings are a reflection of his passion for nature, the light and atmosphere of which he captures. His years at the Marseille School of Fine Arts led him to present his paintings in different galleries in Marseille and Paris. In 1966 he exhibited at Mediterranean Art in Paris and received the Paris Critique prize. The Didoma Museum in Israel acquires one of his paintings. In 1982-83-84, R.Rosso exhibited at the Drouant gallery in Paris and at the Paris Salon where his post-impressionist works were very successful.
