Large oil on canvas by guy Leclerc-Gayrau entitled "Viva Peyron". Very interesting work, an almost cynical work, with its "reserve" areas using the texture and color of the canvas in their own right. Typical work of the geometric abstraction movement and the new School of Paris.

"Guy LECLERC-GAYRAU began painting in 1960. At the same time, he pursued a career as a political writer (eight works published to date). Over the last thirty years, he has sold more than a thousand pieces, outside the traditional circuits , notably in his various workshops (open to the public) at EZE-Village in Villefranche or in Collioure. Today he devotes himself fully to painting and lives in Paris.
