Splendid Italian painting from the 17th century. Oil artwork on canvas depicting a rare composition, Christ adored by angels and Saint Bonaventure, of notable pictorial quality. Of particular quality is the Saint on the right who looks at us, breaking the fourth wall while pointing to Jesus. Also worth highlighting is the sweetness of the faces of the angels as well as the refined technique in the creation of the flesh-coloured ones. 19th century frame with some small defects and signs of aging (see photo). Painting that has undergone restoration with relining and replacement of the frame. It has several discolorations (see photo), overall in a fairly good state of conservation. Sight size H 93 x W 110 cm.
