"Oil Jug"
Jug or oil jug, with a double pouring spout, in terracotta partially enameled with a beautiful green enamel decorated with drippings. This beautiful piece from the Languedoc countryside is in perfect state of conservation, and of great elegance of form. It is a turned piece, as can easily be seen by the horizontal streaks on its belly. It has a slight dent, a small accident during drying that the potter did not correct, probably too satisfied with the beautiful shape he had obtained.
