"Small Dental Surgery Circa 1600"
Small dental surgery in its period case in grainy and stamped black leather or small irons. The handle is of high quality: superbly constructed in turned steel. The kit preserves 5 (out of 7) of the dental surgery instruments that the box contained, all vintage and screwing perfectly to the handle. This kit is certainly French dating back to around 1600. The case is also of high quality constructed, it seems, entirely of leather and not of leather-covered cardboard. Rare set of small surgeries, very early.
