Beautiful Lock, Wedding Chest With Hasp, Gothic Period, Discovery Condition

Beautiful wedding chest lock, wooden core leather covered , Gothic period, presenting a rectangular plasterwork with studded iron lace, pierced of hearts on both sides, with the original parchment trim below, formerly red. The hasp is there, with an offset hinge, it is missing part of its engraved iron buttress. The keyhole cover is original, and works by hidden spring. The 2 strong, deeply engraved reinforcing clips are also there. It is a superb vestige, which allows you to approach the elegance of this captivating Gothic art.
