Superb pedestal column from the Art Nouveau period (around 1900), in marble, decorated with plant friezes in gilded brass. 3 different types of marble. Note a chip under the presentation base of the column, invisible if placed at the rear. The column is in 2 parts, since the presentation base (where the sculpture is placed) detaches and pivots. Perfect for hosting a beautiful sculpture, a bronze, or a vase!
