The work is monumental: 145 x 115 cm without frame / 170 x 140 cm framed Original wooden frame and gilded stuk. Very good general condition. The work has been restored by a professional (cleaning, varnishing, re-tensioning the canvas). A spectacular canvas, very well produced, witness to the industrial revolution of the end of the 19th century and the transition from sailboats to steamboats.
