pretty pochade, oil on wood, representing a beautiful Andalusian woman, toast to the health of the man who looks at her, with a little air of defiance. We're not far from Carmen...which is midday in this late 19th century. The panel is located Cadiz (Cádiz) and monogram LA Very pretty treatment of the traditional shawl and the long train dress. Around 1880.
