Claude Guilleminet (1821-1885) is a genre scene painter specializing in representations of farmyards: roosters, hens, chicks, ducks, turkeys, etc. He began at the Salon of 1856, and participated in those of 1864 and 1866. The Fabre museum in Montpellier preserves several of his works.
