Probably French, made after World War II. the whole thing is in good condition, the mechanism works superbly (see video on YouTube), the bird sings in a powerful and strong voice and makes a few pauses from time to time (which indicates the good condition of the bellows!!! ). The cage is nickel-plated, which is typical of this era.
