"Small Ivory Box"
Small ivory box with rural scenes on the lid and also on the bottom painted in oil. On the cover we can see an everyday scene of a 19th century city with neoclassical buildings and figures walking and riding horses. In the background is a countryside landscape with a lake and trees. All around the box and bordering the paintings, there are gold and silver filigrees in the form of borders, cords and flowers. The painting has some defects, as shown in the photos.
