Steel and ebonite
Length: 13cm - Caliber 8mm
Round, rifled barrel; brass front sight. Marked GAULOIS on top.
Bronzed frame, marked on top: N°1 - Cal.8mm. Also marked MANUFACTURE D'ARMES et CYCLES de SAINT-ETIENNE. The left side features the circled letters S, F and D.
Case-hardened breech. Checkered ebonite grip.
The 23463 serial number can be found on the inside of the frame and cover plate, along with the initials S and F.
Mint condition.
Purplish leather holster with two compartments opening at each end. One side for the pistol and the other for ammunition storage; red thread stitching.
The MANUFACTURE D'ARMES et CYCLES de SAINT-ETIENNE mark is embossed and gilded. The inside is marked JEAN LAJUGIE Ingénieur.
Invention by Etienne MIMARD and Pierre BLACHON, founders of the Manufacture française d'armes et cycles de Saint-Etienne.
