Steel and ébonite
Length: 13cm - Caliber 8mm
Round barrel, rifled, numbered on bottom T17844; brass front sight. Marked on top GAULOIS. Bronze finish.
Bronzed, mechanically engraved frame, marked on top: N°2 _ Cal.8mm. Also marked MANUFACTURE D'ARMES et CYCLES de SAINT-ETIENNE. The left side features the circled letters S, F and D.
Case-hardened breech. Checkered ebonite grip, with number 8620.
Serial number 17844 is found on the inside of the frame and cover plate, with the initials P and T.
The number 2 is also engraved on the underside of the frame.
Mint condition.
Invention by Etienne MIMARD and Pierre BLACHON, founders of the Manufacture française d'armes et cycles de Saint-Etienne.
Tan leather holster with two compartments opening at each end. One side for the pistol and the other for ammunition storage.
The MANUFACTURE D'ARMES et CYCLES de SAINT-ETIENNE mark is embossed and gilded.
