"Drawing By édouard Detaille"
Moving drawing attributed to Édouard Detaille. On the back is written: "Sketch of a haversack executed by Édouard Detaille in the offices of the "Giberne" 21.rue Lavoisier in front of the director L.Fallou who donated it to me around 1905" Louis Fallou was indeed the founder and director of the magazine "La Giberne" which ceased publication in 1926. The dimensions are 13.9x9.4 cm for the drawing. The frame is without glass.
