Originally from Hérault, Jean Auguste Felix Folcher was born in Saint-André-de-Sangonis in 1902 and died in Vichy in Allier in 1972.

It is an oil on plywood in perfect condition, signed “J Folcher” at the bottom right with a label on the back “Jean Folcher - Bords du Jolan à Cusset - July 1950”
Size: 9,4 x 12,8 Inches excluding frame and 10,6 x 14 Inches with its waxed natural wood stick.
