"Louis XIV Cabinet - 18th Century Period"
Two-body cabinet from the 18th century, in walnut, walnut burl, ebony and black stained wood. Composed of two parts, the upper element is equipped with numerous drawers veneered with walnut burl, framed by a black stained wooden molding, all decorated with pretty gilded bronze entrances. In the center and behind a door with pilasters also veneered with walnut burl and marquetry forming an arcade in ebony wood, various species of wood forming a geometric decoration for the internal face conceal four other drawers also veneered with different wood species with geometric decoration. The lower part is made up of two doors inlaid with ebony fillet and a double arcade in ebony wood. Above, two large drawers with gilt bronze entrances decorated with foliage.
