Lovely modernist chalice in solid 950% silver covered with thick fine gold gilding in perfect condition with some parts enameled in a deep red symbol of both the shed blood of Christ and the Holy Spirit. Struck with a 950 guarantee mark and a Belgian maker's mark showing the capital letters BVS, which I was unable to identify. It still has its original paten with the same hallmarks. Total weight of the two pieces 710 grams.
