Pastel signed Serge Chaumont, watercolorist and copyist for museums including that of Lecuver in St Quentin, who asked him to produce works by MQde la Tour which closely resemble the original works. This pastel is in very good condition, 20th century, in a beautiful modern L.XVI gilded frame.
