Victorian 0.50 Ct Diamond Earrings In 18k Gold, Old Mine Cut Diamonds, Enamel Earrings

Victorian 0.50 ct diamond earrings in 18 karat yellow gold. Drop earrings, called "dormeuses" earrings, each set with an old-cut diamond, approx. 0.50 carat each. The diamonds are set with 8 claws, the base of which is enameled in black, forming a small stylized arrow. Antique earrings, circa 1880, France. 

Eagle head hallmark (french state hallmark for 18 karat gold), numbering
