Exceptional “Roses and Dragonfly” vase from the Art Nouveau period in acid-etched glass from Daum in Nancy.Magnificent decoration of Roses and Dragonflies in acid-etched, enameled and gold-gilded glass. Five hot-applied red and green cabochons. Very beautiful stylized frieze at the base. It is signed "Daum Nancy" with the cross of Lorraine under the base.
Height: 25 cm. Diameter: 10 cm. Very good state. No cracks, no chips, no restoration.
An identical vase was sold at Sotheby's for 7,500 euros + fees (or more than 9,000 euros with fees).
