"Shepherd Dog Collar"
Protective Shepherd Dog Collar; early 19th century era. Made of wrought iron and made of four plates each equipped with a ring and defensive spikes, linked together by three attachments with sharp spikes. This type of collar was to protect the horse from attacks by wolves or bears. Length: approx. 55 cm. Width 11 cm. Logical oxidations of the iron, the necklace however remains in good condition. Price nonnegotiable. Delivery: €10 for mainland France.
