Impressive Bust - Reliquary in carved wood, gilded with gold leaf and partially polychromed, housing in the middle in a hollow: Reliquary capsule, in oval shape: 3.8 x 3.4 cm (ex Ossibus) "S. Magdalenae" . The sculpture is mounted on a carved wooden base gilded with gold leaf, decorated with rocailles and accanthus leaves. Germany, probably Munich, early 18th century. Good used condition (light wear).
