Biography Son of the painter Fernand de Belair, portraitist, decorator and poster artist, student of François Flameng, Jean-Paul Laurens and Adolphe Déchenaud, member of the Société Lyonnaise des beaux-arts as well as the Société nationale des beaux-arts, he exhibits at Lyon, Tunis, Paris, London, New York and Germany and stood out at the Salon des artistes français in 1929 with the paintings Coulisses du cirque and Terrasse de brasserie.
