"Pair Of Large 19th Century French Giltwood Armchairs"
A great quality pair of 19th-century French giltwood throne armchairs of large proportions. Camel-shaped backs with generous seats. The serpentine front-shaped seats are flanked by a pair of shaped, carved, scrolled armrests with turned supports, raised on baluster-turned legs. All legs are united by serpentine-shaped stretchers. Reupholstered a few years ago in quality Scottish tartan fabric. There are a few small holes in the fabric, which can be seen in the pictures. Great patina, very comfortable, impressive armchairs with nice sturdy frames. The seat height is 50 cm.
