Circular white enameled dial with Roman numerals,
Signed Peltier in Paris. Peltier (or Pelletier) Watchmaker active around 1800-1815, successor to Couturier, rue Greneta in Paris.
Rectangular base decorated with a frieze of palmettes, rosettes and vase.
Rests on six spinning top legs.
Superb quality of execution. Original mercury gilding.
Original movement with lever escapement, with silk wire suspension.
