"Kachina Doll, New Mexico Or Arizona"
The Kachinas or Katchinas are spirits in the mythology of the Hopies and Zuni of New Mexico in the southwest of the United States. They are offered at the end of ritual festivals once a year so that they become familiar with the world of spirits.
