Gorm Hansen (1886–1952) was a renowned Danish painter. He is best known for his works depicting landscapes and rural scenes, often inspired by the Auvergne region of France. Hansen trained at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, where he developed his distinctive style. In 1912, Hansen painted a remarkable mural for the former Hôtel Damien, demonstrating his talent in the field of mural painting. His works are held in several public collections, including the Musée d'art et d'archéologie in the town of Aurillac, in the Auvergne region, where several of his paintings are exhibited.
