Lot of 10 art deco commercial projects made in watercolor, gouache and pencil on paper from the studio fund of Pauline Watel*, dating from the years 1927-1930. Represents projects for a candy box, frieze and light applique, engraved leather reading light, enameled ceramic trivet, cover page and furniture marked furniture decoration. other lots are for sale on my gallery.
The large formats measure 31.5cm x 47.5cm and the smallest 28cm x 27.5cm *Pauline Watel was born on July 18, 1908 in Châtelais in Maine et Loire. Married in 1933 to Mr. Henri François Jean Bisson.
Pauline Bisson Watel exhibited at the Perrine School Museum in Laval in 1943 and 1948, a place created in 1936 which exhibited a good number of local artists.
