Lot of 8 large pencil and colored pencil drawings on thin paper from the studio collection of Pauline Watel*, dating from 1929-1931.
Represents women playing tennis, peasant, probable self-portrait, models and old people.... other lots are for sale on my gallery.
The large formats measure 63.5cm x 48cm and the smallest 30.5cm x 47.5cm.
*Pauline Watel was born on July 18, 1908 in Châtelais in Maine et Loire.
Married in 1933 to Mr. Henri François Jean Bisson.
Pauline Bisson Watel exhibited at the Perrine school museum in Laval in 1943 and 1948, a place created in 1936 which exhibited many local artists.
