Louis XIII style beech and walnut landing linen chest. This small piece of furniture is richly carved with geometric patterns of scrolls, volutes and foliage. On each side, twisted half-columns complete this atypical chest. The sides are sober and the top with a molded frame with a corbin beak is carved with flowers around its perimeter. In the center, this lid is decorated with a tapestry embroidered with roses in cross stitch.
