"Louis XVI Period Mahogany Writing Table Or Side Table"
Side table or writing table in mahogany wood, resting on 4 tapered legs ending in small bronze sabots on casters.The paneled sides are highlighted with grooves in the lower part and on the upper parts of the uprights.
The top is mounted with a frame and the table opens with a drawer on the front. Note the lock and the key with a triangular bit.
Port work (certainly from Nantes), Louis XVI period, from the end of the 18th century.
