Return from fishing in the North Sea. Oil on canvas late 19th century. Unsigned Attributed to Hans Van Bartels 1856/1913 German painter, born in Hamburg. Medalist at the Salon des Artistes Francais in 1900. He worked mainly in the Netherlands and his favorite subject was the life of fishermen. Our painting is a resumption of the subject that he treated several times. In good condition on its original stretcher and canvas. Dimensions 56x47 cm
