Remarkable faceted steel spring nail clippers, superb shield-shaped "design", lapidary-cut branches with pearled edges, concave tops, curved shears in good condition, head engraved with polishing striations like a "middle parting" hairstyle, on one side: a small file.
Closed: very ergonomic. Open: less so.
Opening is extremely neat, steel forming a spring.
I did not see any marks.
Good condition, could be better polished; period difficult to determine precisely for this rare object: Directoire if object is English, Empire or Restoration if it is French.
