"Fay, Franck"
Watercolor signed FAY, Franck (1921-2011) and dated Tahiti 1959. Franck FAY was born in Paris in 1921 to parents from Vermont and of Algonkin descent. He attended the Beaux Arts in Paris, the Vierzon ceramics school and the Paris school of applied arts. In 1949, he moved to Polynesia. In 1960, he created the Abstract Art Center in Haiti.
