Very beautiful and large Louis XV style chest of drawers in precious wood marquetry. It rests on four arched legs and opens on the front with two large superimposed drawers without visible crosspiece. The lock on the upper drawer allows the lower drawer to be locked at the same time. Our chest of drawers is curved on its three sides and entirely decorated with magnificent marquetry composed of interlacing and various work. It is decorated with a pretty ornamentation of chiseled bronzes: Two falls starting from the top of the two front legs cover the entire edge of each foot and integrate the end shoe. Four beautiful pull handles and two rocaille-shaped lock entries complete the set. Finally, a pretty bronze applique adorns the bottom of our chest of drawers at the bottom and in the center of the lower drawer. The whole is topped with a veined marble in beige and ochre colors, this one is decorated with a work called "bec de corbin" on its perimeter; A workshop stamp is present on the top of the right rear foot and represents the initials LC contained in a moving cartouche, a sign of high quality production.
