The entire belt, the armrests and armrest supports, as well as the backrest are molded and carved with a ribboned frieze. The gondola-shaped backrest is very wide and very enveloping, providing great comfort. The seat is quite recent and very comfortable, it is in very good condition, however the covering fabric has a few stains and halos. The shaft of our seat is entirely lacquered in a color close to verdigris, a shade widely used in the 19th century.
