Oil On Canvas Signed Denys Or Lenys H. Marseille Port Careening Basin

This oil on canvas was made in the 1930s, it represents a careening basin probably that of Marseille. It bears a signature we can read Denys H. or Lenys H., the writing is to be identified, we have not found information that corresponds to the signature, we remain attentive. We see a steam tug at the quay, various fishing boats in the foreground and in the background, a stone dike and in the background the open sea. The technique is very interesting and mastered, no doubt the hand of an experienced artist. You will note an old tension band, some small friction and wear, however the work remains largely presentable. Sold uncleaned unrestored. For the condition please detail the photos.
