Early 20th century Royal Copenhagen plate from the rare Flora Danica collection featuring two hand-painted ripe figs.
Accented with a delicately gilded edge, this plate is exemplary of the artistry and detail synonymous with Royal Copenhagen creations.

Formerly the porcelain provider to the Queen of Denmark, Royal Copenhagen has gained global recognition for its superior craftsmanship and inventive designs. Established in 1775 by Queen Juliane Marie's decree, the company initially specialised in crafting intricate dining sets for the Danish Royal Family. In 1790, Royal Copenhagen introduced the iconic Flora Danica pattern, now revered as one of the most significant and admired porcelain motifs in history.
