Jupiter, Callisto, Diana
Title of the episode: Jupiter, Callisto, Diana

Callisto was one of the nymphs of Diana's retinue. Seeing her resting in a forest, Jupiter fell in love with her; so he decided to seduce her by taking the appearance of the goddess Diana (the young woman, in fact, was wary of men). After a few months, Diana, tired from hunting, decided to stop with her companions to bathe in a spring. Callisto, who until then had managed to hide what had happened, hesitated to undress: her companions then took off her dress, thus discovering the truth; Diana, angry, expelled her. Once the child Arcade was born, Juno also decided to take revenge by transforming her into a bear. Later, Arcade, now fifteen years old, met the bear during a hunting party and just as he was about to kill her, Jupiter intervened, transforming them both into two constellations, the Big Dipper and the Little Dipper. Juno, angry because her rival had become a goddess, asked the god Oceanus that the new constellations never set.
