18th Century Virgin And Child In White Paris Porcelain, Our Lady Of Benoiste Vaux

Very beautiful 18th century Virgin and Child in white porcelain, certainly a Parisian manufacturer.
This very beautiful example of the Virgin and Child is rich in details, the Virgin in a beautiful, slightly swaying posture carries the child on her left arm, both are crowned. Her dress very nicely draped with long falling folds is decorated with patterns in the style of fine fabrics, her waist is encircled with a fine belt and her neck with a pearl necklace, her face with fine features is framed by long curly hair; the child points to his mother with his left hand.

The object is in good condition, it is nevertheless worth noting 5 chips at the corners of the pedestal (including two notable ones) and you will have obviously noticed the lack of the Virgin's right hand.
But the truly very beautiful object remains of great beauty despite its few imperfections.
The pediment of the terrace is titled "NOSTRE DAME DE BENOISTE VAUX PRAY FOR US"
