"Gilded Wooden Base, Late 19th Century "

Gilded wooden base, Louis XVI style, ideal for displaying a sculpture. It is rectangular in shape decorated with a laurel frieze on 3 sides. A 0.5 cm recess in the center of the front and on the 2 lateral sides accentuates its decorative aspect. The gold leaf gilding was executed in 2 tones of gold on the lattice top.
