High quality German porcelain footed vase with two gilded handles, mid 19th century. The piece has a rich dark cobalt blue background that has been hand painted with a very fine gold pattern. The gold color is reminiscent of antique bronze. Vase decorated with pink flowers mixed with gold patterns on the outer and inner sides. The base consists of a ribbed metal frame with four feet painted in the noble color of antique bronze. Beautiful and rare European piece in the style of the Dresden masters.
