His hands rest on his knees, which are themselves folded over his bulging belly with its prominent umbilicus. His stylised face is punctuated by a goatee, two small lateral protuberances referring to his ears or short plaits and a horizontal eyebrow arch in relief.
It probably represents an ancestor.
