It has a central decoration of a crown surrounded by 2 leafy garlands tied with a ribbon, the whole being in a yellow and red diamond-shaped band. The decoration of the top is completed by a set of yellow crosspieces highlighted with red punctuation.
At each corner a spandrel is decorated with a floral motif.
The painting of the top has a beautiful patina in which old repainting blends.
The top rests on two sculpted legs held at an angle by the wrought metal spacer system which ensures perfect stability for the whole.
Each leg has a hollow sculpture on all of its edges highlighted by a flat gold paint. On both sides, a decoration of yellow and red leafy scrolls follows their outline.
The very sculpted shape of the leg can be reminiscent of a table of Italian origin; However, some models close to "Mesa castellana" - including the forged metal business model - point us more towards a Spanish origin.
